defense of Virginia’s new abortion clinic regulations. The op-ed details
the inadequacies in reporting requirements for abortion complications.
Del. Marshall also describes research he conducted with a public health
professor to discover abortion complications that did not appear in
Virginia’s official public health data, and that could have been
prevented through stricter regulations of clinics.
